ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a junior full stack developer who is a fast learner with effective problem-solving skills, and a thirst for innovation and expanding your skills.

You will be trained by the lead developer and encouraged to learn, plan and discuss engineering decisions and make a lasting impact on the company.

Contract initially, full time, with option of moving to permanent.

Based in Surry Hills, office space inside another tech startup with a fun, collaborative and supportive environment.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for attitude over skills. Someone who:

  • Excellent HTML, CSS & Javascript (ES6) skills,

  • Ideally some exposure typescript if not we can teach you on the job

  • AWS: experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies (e.g. EC2, RDS, ELB, EBD, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS) to develop and maintain an Amazon AWS based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.

  • Experience in integrating RESTful API ideally express js

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year commercial experience in application development

  • TDD/automated unit testing

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to assess, estimate, plan and self-manage project work

  • Finds creative problem-solving fulfilling and challenging

  • Is self-motivated and eager to learn

  • Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is comfortable with ambiguity

  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and customer needs

  • Has a clear, professional and informative communication style

About The Role

Joining our team at a time of significant growth, you will primarily be responsible for onboarding registered nurses to our platform.

Responsibilities vary but will include:

  • Nurturing candidates or hospital administrators through the registration process

  • Onboarding our nurses via manual data entry until our processes are automated.

  • Reviewing and approving nurse registrants, ensuring mandatory requirements

  • Assisting with the ongoing development of our new CRM (Ontraport).

  • Business process mapping using LucidChart.

  • Providing administrative support to the Founder as required.

You will work closely with our Founder and Marketing Manager to innovate and refine the nurse registrant journey with an aim to be constantly improving our processes, service and product, as well as to support marketing efforts.

Working in a small team, your role will be multifaceted with valuable opportunities to build your experience and learn new skills. Taking a sleeves rolled up approach this role is diverse and may include basic administrative tasks.
